Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith

Since being a patient here at Smile Essential my faith in Dentists has been restored. I was so nervous when I first started to come to my appointments, but now it doesn’t even bother me. The service is professional,  the staff are very friendly and they make you feel really good about yourself.

I would recommend Smile Essential to everyone!

Smile Essential gets GOLD!

We at Smile Essential are celebrating ten years of high standards this year and are being honoured by the British Dental Association for achieving ten years membership of a scheme that recognises a commitment to high standards.

The Good Practice Scheme Practice Quality Statement-

We involve our patients in all aspects of their care and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered and that they can take informed decisions.

We ensure a safe environment by undertaking risk assessments and managing potential hazards within the practice. We follow current guidelines for preventing cross-infection.

We recruit staff that are competent to undertake the duties associated with their role and provide training where required. We encourage ongoing professional development for all members of our team.

We monitor the quality of the service we provide and seek the views of our patients to identify opportunities for improvement.

We are among  just over 200 being celebrated nationally for achieving the consistently high standards required to gain and maintain membership of the British Dental Association’s (BDA’s) Good Practice Scheme for ten years or more, known as Gold membership.
