‘I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at Smile Essential, from the receptionists to the dental surgeons.
I am somewhat ashamed to say it, but I have abused my teeth for 65 years and it is only thanks to Smile Essential that my views have changed. To begin with they offer everything one can possibly want; they are located in a most useful position for anybody who uses either public transport or car. Although just outside of the city, the buses stop on the main Narborough Road only a short distance from the practice. There is no actual car park but there is always ample space to park just around the corner from the practice on Dumbleton Avenue.
My experiences of dentists in the past have been mixed but far from contented and I have a number of medical problems to contend with as well. However Smile Essential soon put me at ease and gave me confidence which I never experienced before. Everyone is so kind and courteous, they go to great lengths to obtain your previous situation and they are even more concerned about any medical problems you may have including medications etc.
I can not thank them enough for changing my outlook and the work they have done for me and I highly recommend them to everyone.’
