‘After experiencing problems with being given anaesthetic for dental treatment and not being given any explanations as to why this was happening I found myself in the position of needing urgent dental treatment, but not knowing where to turn.
I was recommended Smile Essential by a friend, I was very nervous even for the initial check up but was soon put at ease by the team, who are very understanding and supportive of my fears. They took time to listen to my worries and looked into the problems I had encountered, for the first time I was offered an explanation regarding this and faced my first treatment which was to have two teeth surgically removed.
As you can probably imagine I was extremely nervous, but with the support and understanding of Lina and the other staff this turned out to have been unnecessary. I carried on to have two more extractions followed by two fillings and had no problems at all. I have no anxious feelings about any further treatment in the future.
