Just a note to once again say a big thank you, for making the last few months of my treatment at your practice a pleasant one and I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.
I found that all members of staff there were pleasant and polite and I like the way in which you remember me on a first name basis. I found that I got through my treatment a lot easier than I thought I would, and that is down to Shrik talking me through exactly what was going to happen from beginning to end, and making me feel less nervous. You are also made to feel individually special, every effort was put in to make sure that I was happy with the final part of my treatment, I was over the moon with the outcome, and my new bridge is great’
